Report Automation · Former KPMG consultant

Automate your monthly Excel reports. Minutes instead of days.

If someone on your team spends days every month exporting data, pasting it into Excel and fixing it before the report goes out, that work can be automated. I build it in the Excel you already have, so next month you click Refresh and the report is done.

Experience with teams at

  • KPMG
  • Deutsche Telekom (Hrvatski Telekom)
  • MOL Group
  • Opensignal
  • Mitel
  • Toptal

Sound familiar?

  • Exporting data from several systems and pasting it together
  • Fixing the same formatting and data problems every month
  • Reports that go out late because they take days to build
  • Worrying that a copy-paste mistake slipped through

What you get

  • Automatic import from your exports, files or systems (Power Query)
  • Built-in checks for missing or inconsistent data
  • The finished report updates with one click on Refresh
  • Handover video and notes so your team can run it

Is it worth it?

If a report takes someone 8 hours a month and their time costs your business €40 an hour, automating it frees up about €3,840 of staff time a year, every year. If a report takes someone 8 hours a month and their time costs your business $45 an hour, automating it frees up about $4,320 of staff time a year, every year.

An example, not a promise. On the call we'll work it out with your own numbers.

to prepare the performance report

I pulled financial and sales data from several systems into one automated Excel workflow, with checks for missing records and inconsistent prices. The station performance report now refreshes instead of being rebuilt.

How it works

Simple, fixed price, no surprises

  1. 1

    Free 20-minute call

Tell me what's slowing you down. I'll ask about your data, your report and what “done” looks like.

  2. 2

Fixed quote within 1 business day

Scope, price and delivery date in writing. You decide, with no obligation.

  3. 3

    I build it

Fixes in a few days, automations and dashboards in 1–2 weeks, with a check-in along the way.

  4. 4

    Handover

Short video and notes, a revision round included, and optional support afterwards.

Questions

Which data sources can you connect?

Excel and CSV exports, folders of files, databases, SharePoint and most systems that can export data. Power Query handles the import, so the report keeps working when new data arrives.

Do you use macros (VBA)?

Only when a step really needs it, such as sending reports out. Power Query handles most automation without macros, which is more robust and easier to maintain.

How much does it cost?

Every project gets a fixed quote after a free 20-minute call, so you know the price before any work starts. No hourly billing, no surprises. The starting prices cover a clearly defined job; more data sources, messy data, complex business rules or extra deliverables raise the quote. Quotes are in euros, or in US dollars for clients outside Europe, and exclude VAT where it applies.

Is my data safe?

Yes. I'm a CISA-certified information systems auditor and have led IT audits for banks, including a central bank. I sign an NDA on request, work under GDPR from the EU, and delete your files when the project ends. You can also share anonymised or sample data.

What if I'm not happy with the result?

We agree on what “done” means before I start, and every project includes a revision round. The job isn't finished until the file does what we agreed.
