About
I'm Damir Bogadi. I make spreadsheets work for the business.
I've spent more than 15 years between finance and IT: as a management consultant at KPMG, in reporting and product roles at Deutsche Telekom's Croatian operator, and as a product manager for software companies. Excel has been my everyday tool through all of it.
Through NonStopExcel I take on a limited number of projects for small businesses and finance teams who are tired of rebuilding the same reports by hand.

How I work
What you can expect
Business problem first
Before touching a formula, I want to understand the decision the report supports and what “done” looks like for you.
Fixed scope, fixed price
You get the scope, price and delivery date in writing before I start. That habit comes from years of managing projects.
Files people understand
Having taught Excel and IT, I build files your team can follow and maintain, and I hand them over with a short video.
Your data stays safe
As a certified information systems auditor, I treat client data the way I'd expect an auditor to: NDA on request, GDPR, deleted after the project.
