Background
A telecom operator needed a centralized tool to track ICT product revenue and costs. Their data was fragmented across SAP, an enterprise data warehouse, and a custom Access database. Manual report creation was slow, error-prone, and time-consuming for the Finance team.
What We Did
We developed an Excel-based reporting system using PowerPivot and Power Query:
- Prioritized data sources based on reporting needs (SAP, DWH, Access).
