Dashboards · Former KPMG consultant

An Excel dashboard that shows your numbers at a glance.

Sales, costs, stock or procurement: I turn the data you already have into a clear, interactive Excel dashboard that answers the questions you actually ask every week.

Experience with teams at

  • KPMG
  • Deutsche Telekom (Hrvatski Telekom)
  • MOL Group
  • Opensignal
  • Mitel
  • Toptal

Sound familiar?

  • Numbers spread across many sheets and files
  • Meetings spent arguing about which figure is right
  • Charts rebuilt by hand before every presentation
  • No quick way to see what's going up or down

What you get

  • KPIs agreed with you first, designed around your decisions
  • Interactive filters by month, region, product or customer
  • Built on your data and refreshed with one click
  • Clean, presentation-ready layout (PowerPoint on request)

How it works

Simple, fixed price, no surprises

Tell me what's slowing you down. I'll ask about your data, your report and what “done” looks like.

  2. 2

Fixed quote within 1 business day

Scope, price and delivery date in writing. You decide, with no obligation.

  3. 3

    I build it

Fixes in a few days, automations and dashboards in 1–2 weeks, with a check-in along the way.

  4. 4

    Handover

Short video and notes, a revision round included, and optional support afterwards.

Questions

Why Excel and not Power BI?

Excel is already on every computer in your company, anyone can open the file, and there are no extra licences. If you outgrow it, the data model moves to Power BI easily.

Can my team use it too?

Yes, through email, OneDrive or SharePoint. I can protect the sheets so the structure can't be broken by accident.

How much does it cost?

Every project gets a fixed quote after a free 20-minute call, so you know the price before any work starts. No hourly billing, no surprises. The starting prices cover a clearly defined job; more data sources, messy data, complex business rules or extra deliverables raise the quote. Quotes are in euros, or in US dollars for clients outside Europe, and exclude VAT where it applies.

Is my data safe?

Yes. I'm a CISA-certified information systems auditor and have led IT audits for banks, including a central bank. I sign an NDA on request, work under GDPR from the EU, and delete your files when the project ends. You can also share anonymised or sample data.

What if I'm not happy with the result?

We agree on what “done” means before I start, and every project includes a revision round. The job isn't finished until the file does what we agreed.
